The new MIELTA® KATANA fuel level sensor is a reliable solution for those who want to achieve an ideal balance between functionality and affordable price. It inherited the proven technology of its predecessor MIELTA® ZOND - an improved component base, a durable oil-resistant housing with IP68 protection and a steel flange. The sensor tube and electrode made of stainless steel also have an oil-resistant dielectric coating, which guarantees its reliability and efficiency.
Flexibility
The MIELTA® KATANA fuel level sensor is used to measure light petroleum products (diesel, gasoline, kerosene etc.) in various tanks, making it an ideal choice for various transport, special equipment and fuel storage facilities.
Self-diagnostics
The instrument is equipped with an improved self-diagnostic system: a unique integrated meter based on the obtained data can inform even more precisely about possible causes of deviations in operation (incorrect calibration, change in fuel properties, water entering the fuel).
Measurement accuracy
Due to the software processing of data, the sensor measurement error is not more than 1%. The customizable frequency output and RS-485 digital interface with support for LLS protocol at different data exchange speeds allow an optimal control system for each object.
